Q. What makes a Honda Care Vehicle Service Contract the Smart Choice?

A. Service Contracts are only as good as the company backing them.  I don't know how many of you remember Sun T.V.  They were similar to Radio Shack, Circuit City and Best Buy.  Sun T.V. was very good at selling Service Contracts for their electronics.  They went out of business and every Service Contract purchase became void, with no refund given.

 

Q. Honda has a great reputation.  Why do I need a Honda Care Service Contract?

A. Why do we buy life insurance, health insurance and automobile insurance.  It's easier to pay a little every week and budget for these expenses then it would be to just pay cash for any accident or illness.  Honda does have a wonderful reputation.  A Honda Care™ Service Contract costs you about .39 cents a day.  The Roadside Assistance, Rental Car Reimbursement, Trip Interruption Benefit and the Personalized Travel Plan are well worth .39 cents a day, right?

 

Q. What else should I be aware of when comparing warranties?

A. Honda only allows genuine Honda parts on a New Vehicle, repaired under the New Vehicle Service Contract.  Honda's reputation has been built on Honda's quality.  Would you put your reputation in the hands of someone else?  Some companies don't insist on genuine Honda parts.  Be certain that whichever company you choose, only uses genuine Honda parts. Specifically look for the section on replacement parts, located in the contract offered by the competing company.

 

Q. What if I purchase a Honda Care™ Service Contract and change my mind?

A. Honda offers Service Contracts for your piece of mind and total satisfaction with Honda products.  Honda Care Vehicle Service Contracts can be cancelled in the first sixty (60) days from the contract start date, with a full refund. 

 

Q. Is a Honda Care™ Vehicle Service Contract transferable?

A. Yes!  Your Honda Care VSC is transferable to the new owner.  All you have to do is fill out the Transfer of Contract form.  You can find this form at your local Honda Dealer.  Complete details, concerning transferring  coverage to a new owner, can be found in the Transfer of Contract section of your contract.
